Payment Policy
- 50% Tour Cost upon Confirmation
- 30% Tour Cost 20 days prior to Travel Date
- Remaining 20% Tour Cost 10 days prior to Travel Date
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges applicable strictly as per the cancellation policies below:
- Cancellation 20-15 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the Package Cost
- Cancellation 15-10 days prior to the departure date: 80% of the Package Cost
- Cancellation 10 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
Terms & Conditions
- Bookings will not be confirmed prior to 50% as advance
- Hotel Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking
- Flight Fares are subject to availability at the time of booking
- Valid Government ID Proof should be provided at the time of Booking
