- Helicopter or Pony tickets cost of Kedarnath will be direct payment, it’s not included above package cost and wherever mentioned direct payment in above itinerary, should be direct payment.
- AC will not work hill areas
- Food/Meal will be veg meal only.
- In case of any injury, accident, delay, Land sliding, strike, breakdown or irregularly which may occur due to “force majeure” or any other, the extended days/nights will be extra chargeable and direct payment by guest/client/yatri.
- Our vehicle will go up to the allowed/permitted area only. The local vehicle charges will be extra and direct payment by the guest/client/yatri (if any).
Payment Policy
- 50% Payment upon Confirmation
- 30% Payment 20 days prior to travel date
- 20% Payment 10 days prior to travel date
- 100% of the total tour cost.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges applicable strictly as per the cancellation policies below:
- Cancellation 30-20 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the Package Cost
- Cancellation 20-15 days prior to the departure date: 80% of the Package Cost
- Cancellation 15 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
Terms & Conditions
- Bookings will not be confirmed prior to 50% payment as Advance
- Flights are subject to availability at the time of Booking
- Visa Requisites: Passport with minimum validity of six months from the date of return
- Visa Requisites: Colored Photograph to be provided upon confirmation
